Moneythor has partnered with Method Creativity Teamwork (MCT) to host a workshop called “Creating Customer-Oriented Services, Incorporating Design Thinking”.
Attracting modern, tech-savvy customers, requires an understanding of customer behaviour and the customer journey. Creating financial products that are not only convenient but drastically improve a customers’ experience will lead to the successful introduction of new products and services.
The event which takes place on January 23rd at FinGate Kayaba, in Tokyo, will be a practical workshop on design thinking principles used for digital transformation in financial institutions. The team at MCT will be on hand to provide real case scenarios of how they have used this design thinking process to support large financial institutions as they introduce digital, customer-centric products and experiences.
