CIMB銀行新事例：Moneythorを応用して高度なエンゲージメントを実現
弊社製品を数年来ご利用いただいているCIMB銀行様は、この度、Moneythorの機能を応用し新たなデジタルサービスをリリースしました。顧客エンゲージメントを高めるイノベーティブなCIMB銀行の取り組みをご紹介させていただきます。 イスラム金融に適合したOctoSavers Account-iというオンライン口座のリリースに伴い、全く新しい顧客体験をデジタル上で提供しています。様々なチャレンジやミッションを達成することでポイントを獲得することができ、溜まったポイントをさまざまなベネフィットと交換することができる機能を提供しています。この新機能はCIMB銀行の既存アプリ”CIMB Clicks”の追加機能としてリリースされているため、口座開設、デビットカードの申請、開設後のオンボーディング、日々の家計の管理等が全て既存のCIMB銀行アプリの中で行うことができます。 この新機能はOctoChallengeと呼び、ゲーミフィケーションやナッジを可能にするMoneythorの技術が応用されています。お客様の銀行サービスの利用に応じてポイントが付与され、溜まったポイントはGrab、Zalora、Lazadaなどマレーシアにおいてメジャーなオンラインショップのバウチャーと交換ができるなど、ユーザーのデジタルエンゲージメントを大幅に高める仕組みになっています。 チャレンジの例としては１ヶ月間の間に、口座残高を一定金額以上に保つ事、振込を５回以上行う事、デビットカード決済を５回以上行う事などがあり、毎月それぞれ条件を達成するとポイントが付与されるようになっています。 また他にも、お客様が設定した預金目標に向けた貯蓄の進捗を見える化することで、家計管理の改善を応援するGoals & Savings 機能をMoneythorを活用してご提供しています。 お客様は様々な預金目標を設定することができ、自動または手動で積み立てを行うことができます。また、お客様の収支パターンからもっとうまく貯められるコツや、進捗に応じて目標達成を応援するパーソナライズされたインサイトが送られます。 デジタルに特化したサービスでは、上記のように、フィナンシャル・ウェルネスをサポートする機能、ポイントによるロイヤリティープログラムや、ゲーミフィケーションを使った機能など、パーソナライズした顧客体験を提供し、お客様のデジタルチャネルへのスティッキネスを高め、離脱を防ぐ仕組みが特に重要と考えられます。CIMB銀行様の取り組みは先進的であり、Moneythorをフル活用いただいている好事例になります。
