Les IF ont d\u00fb rapidement num\u00e9riser leurs effectifs tout en maintenant les services offerts aux clients. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement difficile dans des domaines tels que le conseil financier et la gestion de patrimoine, o\u00f9 une configuration physique est encore largement la norme.<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame, pour nos clients, la pand\u00e9mie a entra\u00een\u00e9 des changements de comportement sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, favorisant l\u2019adoption rapide de services num\u00e9riques tels que les paiements num\u00e9riques et sans contact et de canaux tels que les applications bancaires en ligne et mobiles. Le num\u00e9rique est devenu un moyen bancaire courant pour la plupart de nos clients et nous pr\u00e9voyons une forte augmentation des transactions, des investissements et des paiements num\u00e9riques. Ce qui aurait n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un changement de comportement organique qui aurait pris des ann\u00e9es, nous l\u2019avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en quelques mois.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #a9a9a9;\">Olivier Berthier<\/h4>\n<p>Comme l\u2019a mentionn\u00e9 Nauman, la crise de la COVID-19 a acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 la transformation num\u00e9rique du secteur bancaire. Faute d\u2019autres options, les clients n\u2019ont eu d\u2019autre choix que d\u2019adopter des outils et des services num\u00e9riques et les banques ont d\u00fb trouver des moyens rapides de les proposer.<\/p>\n<p>Si le d\u00e9veloppement rapide des services bancaires num\u00e9riques n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 facile pour certaines institutions, il leur a donn\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes l\u2019occasion de se concentrer sur le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs services en ligne et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9percussions de la COVID-19 sur les services bancaires num\u00e9riques ne seront pas temporaires et nous pouvons nous attendre \u00e0 un changement permanent des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences et des comportements \u00e0 mesure que les clients d\u00e9couvrent les avantages de la gestion de leurs finances en ligne. Apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie, il est fort probable que les institutions financi\u00e8res ne puissent plus faire marche arri\u00e8re et concentrent leur attention principalement sur la cr\u00e9ation de solutions bancaires num\u00e9riques centr\u00e9es sur le client.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comment la Standard Chartered Bank s\u2019est-elle adapt\u00e9e aux besoins changeants des clients ax\u00e9s sur le num\u00e9rique ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #a9a9a9;\">Nauman Bachir<\/h4>\n<p>La mise en place d\u2019un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me num\u00e9rique complet a port\u00e9 ses fruits. Au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e, la Banque a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre son programme num\u00e9rique, non seulement pour assurer l\u2019avenir de ses activit\u00e9s, en particulier pendant les crises telles que la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, mais aussi pour rendre les services bancaires num\u00e9riques plus s\u00fbrs, plus rapides et plus intuitifs pour les clients.<\/p>\n<p>Nos investissements strat\u00e9giques au fil des ans dans l&#039;espace num\u00e9rique ont renforc\u00e9 notre volont\u00e9 de servir nos clients, non seulement en termes d&#039;actifs num\u00e9riques dont nous disposons, mais aussi dans l&#039;\u00e9tat d&#039;esprit de nos employ\u00e9s qui sont \u00e9galement pr\u00eats \u00e0 s&#039;adapter et \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins changeants de nos clients dans la \u00ab nouvelle normalit\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons investi dans l&#039;am\u00e9lioration de nos plateformes bancaires et d&#039;investissement num\u00e9riques avec des fonctionnalit\u00e9s telles que l&#039;\u00e9mission instantan\u00e9e de cartes de cr\u00e9dit, de pr\u00eats personnels et d&#039;ouverture de compte, un service de transfert de fonds en ligne sans frais de transfert ni de change, une plateforme unique pour les conversions de devises en temps r\u00e9el et la disponibilit\u00e9 de toutes les demandes de service sur nos plateformes num\u00e9riques. Les clients peuvent pratiquement effectuer leurs op\u00e9rations bancaires \u00e0 tout moment et en tout lieu, sur l&#039;application SC Mobile.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #a9a9a9;\">Olivier Berthier<\/h4>\n<p>La pand\u00e9mie a entra\u00een\u00e9 une augmentation des paiements num\u00e9riques et des services bancaires mobiles, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 une modification des attentes des clients. Si les clients sont heureux de g\u00e9rer leurs finances via des canaux en ligne, ils ont des attentes de plus en plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de personnalisation et d\u2019assistance de la part de leur banque.<\/p>\n<p>La Standard Chartered Bank a tr\u00e8s vite adopt\u00e9 l&#039;id\u00e9e selon laquelle la personnalisation et les conseils en ligne sont essentiels pour que les clients puissent g\u00e9rer efficacement leurs finances. Cette compr\u00e9hension a permis \u00e0 la banque de proposer des exp\u00e9riences et une assistance client de classe mondiale via son application SC Mobile en 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Et surtout, la Banque dispose d\u00e9sormais d\u2019une base solide et diff\u00e9renci\u00e9e pour offrir des fonctionnalit\u00e9s encore plus attrayantes, exploitables et centr\u00e9es sur le client dans les mois \u00e0 venir et au-del\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quel est le plus grand d\u00e9fi auquel les banques sont confront\u00e9es dans leur transition vers la banque num\u00e9rique ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #a9a9a9;\">Nauman Bachir<\/h4>\n<p>Comme pour tout changement, le d\u00e9fi r\u00e9side dans l\u2019inertie et l\u2019ignorance qui nous emp\u00eachent de franchir la \u00ab terre promise num\u00e9rique \u00bb, associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des habitudes et comportements d\u00e9pass\u00e9s. Cependant, la COVID-19 a forc\u00e9 les consommateurs et les organisations \u00e0 se rendre compte qu\u2019avec le soutien organisationnel appropri\u00e9, les acteurs en place peuvent encore \u00e9voluer \u00e0 un rythme plus typique des banques concurrentes ou des Fintechs. De plus, si les exp\u00e9riences des clients avec la banque num\u00e9rique sont positives, il est peu probable qu\u2019ils reviennent aux anciennes options. Le d\u00e9fi consiste donc \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des exp\u00e9riences agr\u00e9ables, simples et s\u00fbres pour les consommateurs afin qu\u2019ils prennent l\u2019habitude de la banque num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que les circonstances aient entra\u00een\u00e9 un changement des comportements des consommateurs, la touche humaine dans le secteur bancaire reste primordiale, et nos plateformes num\u00e9riques, con\u00e7ues pour offrir une exp\u00e9rience aussi humaine que possible, ont facilit\u00e9 la transition des clients vers les services bancaires en ligne.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #a9a9a9;\">Olivier Berthier<\/h4>\n<p>Selon moi, l\u2019un des plus grands d\u00e9fis auxquels les banques sont confront\u00e9es dans leur transition vers la banque num\u00e9rique est la mani\u00e8re dont elles organisent et g\u00e8rent les donn\u00e9es des clients. Les institutions financi\u00e8res ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une grande quantit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es, mais malgr\u00e9 cela, de nombreuses organisations ne sont pas en mesure de les utiliser efficacement. Elles se heurtent souvent \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes lorsqu\u2019elles essaient d\u2019utiliser les donn\u00e9es disponibles et constatent qu\u2019elles n\u2019ont pas captur\u00e9 les bonnes donn\u00e9es ou que le processus d\u2019organisation des donn\u00e9es n\u2019est pas suffisant pour d\u00e9velopper une analyse approfondie.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019est pas facile de devenir une entreprise ax\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es. De nombreuses banques doivent encore travailler pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 et la rapidit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es et pour d\u00e9finir \u00e0 l\u2019avance leurs besoins en donn\u00e9es. Cependant, une fois ce travail termin\u00e9, les banques sont bien plac\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er des exp\u00e9riences bancaires num\u00e9riques avanc\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comment les partenariats avec les Fintechs peuvent-ils accompagner les banques dans leur adoption de la banque digitale ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #a9a9a9;\">Nauman Bachir<\/h4>\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me num\u00e9rique solide gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des collaborations avec des partenaires r\u00e9put\u00e9s jouera un r\u00f4le important dans l\u2019avenir des paiements, des investissements et des transactions sans esp\u00e8ces pour nos clients afin de garantir une exp\u00e9rience bancaire et de paiement num\u00e9rique plus fluide.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #a9a9a9;\">Olivier Berthier<\/h4>\n<p>La plupart des entreprises Fintech ont l\u2019avantage d\u2019\u00eatre libres de tout syst\u00e8me technologique traditionnel et, dans de nombreux cas, de toute r\u00e9glementation, et peuvent donc travailler de mani\u00e8re plus agile et plus flexible.
