Cela signifie que les individus peuvent subir une r\u00e9action \u00e9motionnelle telle que le stress ou la col\u00e8re lorsqu&#039;ils ont le sentiment de ne plus avoir le contr\u00f4le de leurs d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de l&#039;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, nous avons constat\u00e9 une r\u00e9ticence g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e de la part des gens face aux nouveaux protocoles et r\u00e9glementations li\u00e9s au COVID-19. Un sentiment de perte de contr\u00f4le sur sa vie a pouss\u00e9 les gens \u00e0 agir contre les instructions qui leur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9es, comme \u00e9viter tout contact avec d&#039;autres personnes et porter des masques.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le monde des affaires et plus particuli\u00e8rement dans le domaine des services financiers, la r\u00e9actance est un th\u00e8me courant. \u00catre persuad\u00e9 d\u2019acheter quelque chose, \u00eatre contraint de payer des frais ou se voir interdire d\u2019effectuer une transaction sont des exemples de situations o\u00f9 la r\u00e9actance peut se produire. Lorsque ces situations surviennent, nous sommes motiv\u00e9s \u00e0 reprendre le contr\u00f4le et \u00e0 faire exactement le contraire de ce qui nous est demand\u00e9.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi la r\u00e9actance se produit-elle ?<\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>Cela peut se produire pour un certain nombre de raisons, notamment le manque de confiance envers la personne qui fournit les instructions ou le manque de clart\u00e9 quant \u00e0 ce qui est demand\u00e9 aux personnes.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Comment les marques peuvent-elles \u00e9viter la r\u00e9actance ?<\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soyez prudent avec le ton et la voix<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un langage persuasif, autoritaire et \u00e9nergique, utilisant des termes tels que \u00ab devrait \u00bb, \u00ab doit \u00bb et \u00ab besoin \u00bb, peut entra\u00eener une r\u00e9action n\u00e9gative chez les personnes qui ont le sentiment que leur libert\u00e9 est menac\u00e9e. Elle peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour stimuler une r\u00e9ponse de la part des clients. La r\u00e9actance peut produire des r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 la fois ind\u00e9sirables et souhaitables.
