La cr\u00e9ation de produits financiers qui sont non seulement pratiques mais qui am\u00e9liorent consid\u00e9rablement l&#039;exp\u00e9rience client permettra de lancer avec succ\u00e8s de nouveaux produits et services.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, qui se d\u00e9roulera le 23 janvier \u00e0 FinGate Kayaba, \u00e0 Tokyo, sera un atelier pratique sur les principes de r\u00e9flexion sur la conception utilis\u00e9s pour la transformation num\u00e9rique dans les institutions financi\u00e8res.
