En Indon\u00e9sie, l\u2019une des principales raisons du manque d\u2019adoption du secteur bancaire tient \u00e0 la composition g\u00e9ographique du pays et aux difficult\u00e9s logistiques impliqu\u00e9es. L&#039;Indon\u00e9sie est compos\u00e9e de plus de 17 000 \u00eeles, dont environ 6 000 sont habit\u00e9es. Les gens ne sont pas dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 se rendre sur une \u00eele voisine pour exercer leurs activit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res, ce qui signifie que les banques doivent s&#039;adresser \u00e0 eux. La bonne nouvelle est que 70% des Indon\u00e9siens poss\u00e8dent un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable, dont 42% sont des smartphones. Il en va de m\u00eame pour les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de cr\u00e9dit, qui sont requis dans le cadre du processus d\u2019approbation des pr\u00eats. Des technologies \u00e9mergentes visent \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes, telles que les casiers num\u00e9riques qui stockent les documents d&#039;identit\u00e9 des citoyens et les plateformes de pr\u00eat qui utilisent des algorithmes pour d\u00e9terminer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&#039;un pr\u00eat en tenant compte d&#039;une s\u00e9rie de facteurs diff\u00e9rents, et pas seulement de l&#039;historique de cr\u00e9dit. Les banques doivent \u00e9duquer les consommateurs sur la mani\u00e8re d\u2019utiliser et d\u2019int\u00e9grer efficacement les services financiers dans leur vie, ce qui ne peut se faire que par l\u2019\u00e9ducation financi\u00e8re. Ces march\u00e9s ont besoin d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 du mat\u00e9riel d\u2019\u00e9ducation financi\u00e8re simple qui leur permettra de g\u00e9rer correctement leurs finances.<\/p>\n<p>Servir ces populations non bancaris\u00e9es pr\u00e9sente de nombreux avantages tant pour les consommateurs que pour les banques.
