{"id":2392,"date":"2019-08-27T11:33:55","date_gmt":"2019-08-27T03:33:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.moneythor.com\/?p=2392"},"modified":"2024-03-05T16:23:38","modified_gmt":"2024-03-05T08:23:38","slug":"psd2-authentification-client-forte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.moneythor.com\/fr\/avis-danalyse\/psd2-authentification-client-forte\/","title":{"rendered":"Authentification client forte | Banque ouverte"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Qu\u2019est-ce que l\u2019authentification forte du client ?<\/h2>\n<p>L&#039;authentification forte du client (SCA) est une nouvelle exigence r\u00e9glementaire qui fait partie de la r\u00e9glementation europ\u00e9enne PSD2 sur l&#039;Open Banking. Avec son introduction, les clients europ\u00e9ens devront fournir davantage d&#039;informations lors de l&#039;achat de biens ou de services en ligne. Actuellement, tout ce qui est requis est le num\u00e9ro de carte du client, les chiffres CVC et parfois un code 3D Secure ou similaire. La SCA n\u00e9cessitera des niveaux d&#039;authentification suppl\u00e9mentaires au moment du paiement.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;un des concepts cl\u00e9s de la SCA est l&#039;authentification \u00e0 deux facteurs, qui n\u00e9cessite un deuxi\u00e8me niveau d&#039;authentification avant qu&#039;une transaction ne soit approuv\u00e9e. Bien que de nombreux \u00e9metteurs de cartes aient mis en \u0153uvre une forme d&#039;authentification \u00e0 deux facteurs (par exemple 3D Secure, qui n\u00e9cessite la saisie d&#039;un mot de passe sur une page Web distincte apr\u00e8s la saisie des informations de la carte), la SCA obligera les banques \u00e0 remplacer les m\u00e9thodes actuelles d&#039;authentification \u00e0 deux facteurs et \u00e0 garantir des niveaux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<div class=\"column2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/moneythor.eo.page\/2f2jk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"center\" src=\"https:\/\/www.moneythor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Download-Guide-in-Blog.png\" width=\"350\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Le flux d&#039;authentification actuel propos\u00e9 par la plupart des banques implique une redirection Web qui offre une exp\u00e9rience utilisateur m\u00e9diocre et est sujette aux attaques de phishing. Selon les exigences de la SCA, le flux d&#039;authentification mis \u00e0 jour doit inclure le moins d&#039;\u00e9tapes suppl\u00e9mentaires possible et des flux alternatifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sugg\u00e9r\u00e9s qui impliquent une redirection int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, d\u00e9coupl\u00e9e ou d&#039;application \u00e0 application au lieu de la redirection Web traditionnelle. La SCA n\u00e9cessitera \u00e9galement que deux des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants soient fournis pour qu&#039;une transaction soit authentifi\u00e9e\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quelque chose que vous connaissez, par exemple un mot de passe, un code PIN ou un fait personnel<\/li>\n<li>Quelque chose que vous poss\u00e9dez, par exemple un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable, un objet portable ou un jeton<\/li>\n<li>Quelque chose que vous \u00eates, par exemple une empreinte digitale, des traits du visage ou des sch\u00e9mas vocaux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Exemptions \u00e0 la SCA<\/h2>\n<p>Toutes les transactions ne seront pas soumises \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation SCA. Les transactions de faible valeur et \u00e0 faible risque seront exempt\u00e9es de l&#039;introduction des processus SCA. Par exemple, toute transaction inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 30 \u20ac ne n\u00e9cessitera pas de SCA, pas plus que les transactions pour lesquelles le nombre moyen de cas frauduleux est particuli\u00e8rement faible. Les paiements r\u00e9currents ou les abonnements seront \u00e9galement exempt\u00e9s apr\u00e8s le premier paiement.<\/p>\n<p>Les clients auront \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de mettre sur liste blanche certains fournisseurs, ce qui signifie qu&#039;ils n&#039;auront pas \u00e0 fournir de SCA pour chaque transaction qu&#039;ils effectuent avec un fournisseur sur liste blanche.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Le bon et le mauvais c\u00f4t\u00e9 de SCA<\/h2>\n<p>Pour les commer\u00e7ants, les principaux avantages de l\u2019introduction de la SCA sont la r\u00e9duction de la fraude, une confiance accrue entre les clients, des processus plus fluides pour les clients et davantage d\u2019options de paiement disponibles. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, elle devrait favoriser des paiements en ligne plus s\u00fbrs et conduire \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un plus grand nombre de transactions de commerce \u00e9lectronique.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, certains craignent que la SCA conduise initialement \u00e0 un taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 d&#039;abandon de panier et de perte de paiement. Les commer\u00e7ants doivent mettre en place des syst\u00e8mes efficaces pour r\u00e9pondre aux nouvelles exigences et g\u00e9rer les attentes des clients en mati\u00e8re de processus de paiement afin de r\u00e9duire les pertes de paiement.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Quand le SCA entre-t-il en vigueur ?<\/h2>\n<p>La SCA devait entrer en vigueur dans toute l&#039;Europe le 14 septembre 2019. Cependant, en raison du manque de pr\u00e9paration des prestataires de services de paiement et des d\u00e9taillants, l&#039;Autorit\u00e9 bancaire europ\u00e9enne (ABE) a autoris\u00e9 les r\u00e9gulateurs nationaux \u00e0 accorder une prolongation.
