Objetivamente, entendemos que ambas tarjetas requieren la misma cantidad de estrellas (10) para canjear un caf\u00e9 gratis, pero la ventaja percibida que obtuvo el segundo consumidor con sus 2 estrellas gratis cre\u00f3 una sensaci\u00f3n artificial de avance hacia el objetivo final. Este fen\u00f3meno documentado en un <a href=\"https:\/\/msbfile03.usc.edu\/digitalmeasures\/jnunes\/intellcont\/Endowed%20Progress%20Effect-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Investigaci\u00f3n de 2006 (PDF)<\/a> por Joseph C. Nunes y Xavier Dr\u00e8ze es conocido como el <strong>Efecto de progreso dotado<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfPor que sucede?<\/h2>\n<p>Cuando sentimos que hemos avanzado, resulta m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil mantener el rumbo y perseverar para alcanzar la meta. Como en el ejemplo anterior, al convertir una meta que requiere diez estrellas en dos estrellas ya otorgadas, el camino hacia la finalizaci\u00f3n se replantea como uno que ya est\u00e1 en marcha. Esto acelera la probabilidad de finalizaci\u00f3n, que surge de la aspiraci\u00f3n de no desperdiciar la ventaja que se dio en primer lugar.
