El desarrollo de buenos h\u00e1bitos se facilita con el tiempo mediante comportamientos repetidos, pero existen varios factores que pueden afectar el ritmo al que se desarrollan estos h\u00e1bitos. <\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfC\u00f3mo afecta la recompensa a nuestros comportamientos y objetivos? <\/h3>\n<p>Los estudios han demostrado que ser recompensado tiene un impacto en la forma en que desarrollamos y repetimos buenas pr\u00e1cticas.
