Si bien algunas investigaciones sugieren que el comportamiento orientado a los objetivos es \u00fanicamente el resultado de la elecci\u00f3n y la voluntad conscientes, hay otras que muestran el valor de simples se\u00f1ales externas que afectan el comportamiento de una persona sin la necesidad de una intenci\u00f3n y una elecci\u00f3n conscientes. \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos utilizar estas simples se\u00f1ales o la preparaci\u00f3n para el logro de objetivos como una forma de alentar y motivar a las personas a continuar su camino y alcanzar sus objetivos financieros?<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la preparaci\u00f3n de objetivos?<\/h2>\n<p><i>&quot;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S2352250X1630032X\">Preparaci\u00f3n de objetivos<\/a> se refiere a la activaci\u00f3n de un objetivo por se\u00f1ales externas que pueden afectar el procesamiento de la informaci\u00f3n y el comportamiento en un intento de alcanzar un objetivo establecido\u201d. <\/i><\/p>\n<p>Esto significa que las se\u00f1ales del entorno pueden llevar a una conducta orientada a un objetivo sin necesidad de intenciones conscientes. La preparaci\u00f3n para alcanzar un objetivo puede considerarse una herramienta de intervenci\u00f3n que influye estrat\u00e9gicamente en la conducta en consonancia con los objetivos a largo plazo de un individuo.<\/p>\n<p>Para que la preparaci\u00f3n de objetivos funcione hay tres factores que deben tenerse en cuenta:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>El individuo ya debe estar motivado por el objetivo, es decir, la persona que ahorra para el dep\u00f3sito de una casa debe querer tener una casa al final;<\/li>\n<li>La preparaci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s efectiva en el momento en que se toma una decisi\u00f3n, es decir, justo antes de comprar la consola de juegos; y<\/li>\n<li>Debe quedar claro qu\u00e9 comportamiento orientado a objetivos debe adoptar el individuo para alcanzar su objetivo a largo plazo, es decir, ahorrar dinero para el dep\u00f3sito en lugar de comprar la consola de juegos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cuando se aplica correctamente, la preparaci\u00f3n de objetivos conduce a una mejor toma de decisiones financieras a largo plazo y reduce la probabilidad de gastos irracionales, pero \u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos utilizar la preparaci\u00f3n de objetivos para fomentar una mejor toma de decisiones financieras?<\/p>\n<p>Permitir que los clientes establezcan objetivos a trav\u00e9s de los canales digitales de un banco (banca en l\u00ednea o aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil) les permite definir sus objetivos a largo plazo y los ayuda a alcanzarlos mediante la creaci\u00f3n de montos de ahorro regulares.
