La creaci\u00f3n de productos financieros que no solo sean convenientes, sino que mejoren dr\u00e1sticamente la experiencia del cliente, conducir\u00e1 a la introducci\u00f3n exitosa de nuevos productos y servicios.<\/p>\n<p>El evento, que tendr\u00e1 lugar el 23 de enero en FinGate Kayaba, en Tokio, ser\u00e1 un taller pr\u00e1ctico sobre los principios del Design Thinking utilizados para la transformaci\u00f3n digital en las instituciones financieras.
