Esto significa que no tienen acceso a una cuenta bancaria, a servicios de pr\u00e9stamo ni a opciones de ahorro. La mayor\u00eda de estas personas viven en mercados emergentes de ingresos bajos o medios, que est\u00e1n creciendo r\u00e1pidamente y ofrecen oportunidades lucrativas a los bancos de las econom\u00edas desarrolladas.<\/p>\n<div class=\"column2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/moneythor.eo.page\/k8qzq\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"center\" src=\"https:\/\/www.moneythor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Download-to-Read-Other-blog-links.png\" width=\"350\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Si bien los mercados maduros est\u00e1n saturados, los bancos de los mercados emergentes pueden crear nueva demanda y aumentar los ingresos bancarios. El mayor tama\u00f1o del mercado crea oportunidades para que los bancos distribuyan a\u00fan m\u00e1s el costo de la innovaci\u00f3n y entre bases de clientes m\u00e1s grandes. En estos mercados de gran escala, la utilizaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda es mayor, lo que generalmente conduce a un mayor retorno de las inversiones. En una \u00e9poca en la que los bancos luchan por reducir costos y aumentar las ganancias, las poblaciones no bancarizadas pueden crear nuevas fuentes de ingresos e impulsar las ganancias.<\/p>\n<p>Para los consumidores, tener acceso a servicios bancarios les permite realizar tareas financieras simples como ahorrar para las necesidades familiares o pedir pr\u00e9stamos para sus negocios. Tener acceso a servicios financieros es fundamental para reducir tanto la pobreza como la desigualdad en estos mercados.<\/p>\n<p>Aprovechar estos mercados emergentes tiene un gran potencial para los bancos que luchan por ver crecimiento en los mercados internos. La tecnolog\u00eda bancaria por s\u00ed sola no resolver\u00e1 problemas a esta escala. Se requieren ecosistemas s\u00f3lidos que impliquen asociaciones entre bancos, empresas de telecomunicaciones, gobiernos y proveedores de pagos. Estas asociaciones deber\u00e1n abordar problemas como la conectividad a Internet, los pagos a los comerciantes, la educaci\u00f3n financiera y las cuestiones de identidad.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Problemas de conectividad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para lograr que m\u00e1s personas ingresen al sistema financiero, la industria debe encontrar una manera de ayudar a que m\u00e1s personas tengan acceso a Internet. El acceso a Internet puede permitir a las personas superar las limitaciones financieras, pero sin \u00e9l estos mercados se vuelven inalcanzables. Y aunque cada vez m\u00e1s personas cuentan con acceso a Internet, los bancos deben considerar el papel que deben desempe\u00f1ar para ayudar a aquellos que no tienen acceso a conectarse.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dificultades de identificaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un paso crucial para configurar una cuenta bancaria y acceder a los sistemas financieros es la confirmaci\u00f3n de la identidad y KYC. Si bien los documentos de identificaci\u00f3n son est\u00e1ndar en los pa\u00edses desarrollados, no siempre se puede decir lo mismo de los mercados emergentes. Sin prueba de identidad, abrir cuentas bancarias se convierte en una tarea dif\u00edcil, casi imposible. Lo mismo ocurre con el historial crediticio, que se requiere como parte del proceso de aprobaci\u00f3n del pr\u00e9stamo. Est\u00e1 surgiendo tecnolog\u00eda que apunta a resolver estos problemas, como casilleros digitales que almacenan documentos de identificaci\u00f3n de los ciudadanos y plataformas de pr\u00e9stamos que utilizan algoritmos para determinar la seguridad de un pr\u00e9stamo considerando una variedad de factores diferentes, no solo el historial crediticio. Las instituciones financieras tendr\u00e1n que encontrar formas innovadoras de realizar KYC e identificar clientes en estos mercados.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conocimientos financieros limitados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Proporcionar a estos mercados productos y servicios financieros es s\u00f3lo una parte del rompecabezas. Los bancos deben educar a los consumidores sobre c\u00f3mo utilizar e integrar eficazmente los servicios financieros en sus vidas, lo que s\u00f3lo puede hacerse a trav\u00e9s de la educaci\u00f3n financiera.
