Te relacionar\u00e1s con los representantes comerciales y t\u00e9cnicos de nuestros clientes para abordar sus preguntas y resolver sus problemas. Tu ubicaci\u00f3n principal ser\u00e1 la oficina de la empresa, donde trabajar\u00e1s en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con nuestros fundadores y el equipo de ingenier\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Somos un equipo peque\u00f1o, por lo que tendr\u00e1s la oportunidad de participar en una serie de actividades m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los l\u00edmites estrictos de la atenci\u00f3n al cliente, con un producto emocionante y un equipo experimentado en un entorno informal.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Responsabilidades<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Brindar soporte de primer nivel a nuestros clientes respondiendo sus preguntas t\u00e9cnicas y funcionales y resolviendo sus problemas relacionados con la soluci\u00f3n Moneythor.<\/li>\n<li>Utilice un sistema de seguimiento de casos para rastrear informaci\u00f3n, preguntas y respuestas de cada solicitud impulsada por el cliente.<\/li>\n<li>Identifique posibles mejoras de productos y oportunidades de ventas que surjan de su compromiso con los clientes y aseg\u00farese de que se transmitan a los miembros adecuados del equipo.<\/li>\n<li>Garantizar la finalizaci\u00f3n precisa y oportuna de todos los proyectos y solicitudes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Cualificaciones<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experiencia previa en el puesto, como ingeniero de software, o como ingeniero de garant\u00eda de calidad (QA).<\/li>\n<li>Familiaridad con un amplio conjunto de tecnolog\u00edas como Java, JavaScript, JSON, Unix, Web y tecnolog\u00edas de bases de datos.<\/li>\n<li>Capacidad para comprender la l\u00f3gica de la aplicaci\u00f3n y analizar grandes conjuntos de datos, como archivos de registro y tablas de bases de datos, y aplicar el pensamiento cr\u00edtico para extraer el significado y la causa ra\u00edz de los problemas.<\/li>\n<li>Excelentes habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n escrita y oral en ingl\u00e9s (para Singapur) y franc\u00e9s (para Par\u00eds).<\/li>\n<li>Capacidad para trabajar con poca o ninguna supervisi\u00f3n de la direcci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para postularte, env\u00edanos un correo electr\u00f3nico con tu CV a info@moneythor.com.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buscamos ingenieros de atenci\u00f3n al cliente en Singapur y Par\u00eds.
